Elizabeth Evans and Executive Chef Curtis Evans have teamed up to open one of the most exciting restaurants in Albany.
Our speciality is delicious cajun cuisine created with the ingenuity and passion inspired by the flavors of the South. We know you’ll love our cajun options such as the Fried Bayou Crab Cakes and Jambalaya. Just be sure to leave room for our BBQ Ribs, Macaroni Salad, and our Western Bacon Cheeseburger.
